Lacombe currently has the lowest inventory in Central Alberta with only 26 detached homes on the market and an average of 35 selling each month. Most communities are hovering around the 1 months of inventory point with Ponoka at amost 2 m.o.i. and Stettler at 2.5. With for sale inventory below 2 months, homes sales would definitely be higher if there were more homes for sale.
