The local real estate months of inventory or (M.O.I.) rate could be the most important real estate data to impact your real estate buying and selling decisions… and it’s important to understand why.

SUMMARY!
Innisfail, Ab is seeing the lowest inventory level in Central Alberta and Ponoka, Ab is the highest. Today I’ve introduced Rocky Mountain House, Ab to the page so residents there can track their market. Only one of the communities below has an inventory level in the “buyer’s market” range but we’ll see more enter as inventory increased through the year. There is still low inventory in most communities still, so if you’re considering the sale of your home you’ll benefit more the sooner you take action.

When buying or selling property take into consideration the local inventory stats. It’s the most important real estate news especially if you’re planning to sell your home.
