Central Alberta real estate months of inventory or (M.O.I.) rate could be the most important real estate data to impact your real estate buying and selling decisions… and it’s important to understand why.

SUMMARY!
Stettler comes in with the highest inventory amongst the communities tracked. It’s now the only community in a “buyer’s market.” All of the other communities tracked have inventory levels between 2.2 M.O.I. and 3.4 M.O.I. The town with the lowest current inventory level is Sylvan Lake, Ab.
